Have been wondering about where the cards go when the step up program is used

but what if there is a large take up of the step up, surely a surplus

RMA I guess, as they will still be needing replacement cards a few years down the line and I doubt that many people use the program thats theres goign to be warehouses full of the things.

They might give them a scrub and sell them to XFX

Is step-up available to UK residents? Can't see any mention of it on the EVGA site....
