    New FSP PSU

I have installed a new Fortron ATX-400PNF PSU and I was wondering how other people's case temperatures compare to mine as i was wondering about cooling.

    (When Idle) System- 21 degrees C .... CPU- 31 degrees C
    (working) System- 27 degrees C .... CPU- 36 degrees C

Are these average, better than average or worse?
