looking to buy a new base unit for gaming £400-£500 budget,any views on specs and what to look for and what to avoid!!! also any good safe websites reccomended for purchasing,thx.

Dont want to build myself, looking at maybe;AMD ATHLON 64 OR PENTIUM 4-----G FORCE 7600GT OR 7900 RANGE-----DONT NO ANYTHING ABOUT MOTHERBOARDS OR WHICH ONES ARE GOOD FOR GAMING,SO NEED SOME HELP ON THAT ONE-----PREFERABLY PCI EXPRESS,NOT NECCESSARILY SLI------HARD DRIVE NOT IMPORTANT---ANY SOUNDCARD WHICH IS OK---(GENERALLY SOME INFORMATION ON WHAT HARDWARE WORKS WELL TOGETHER FOR A GOOD GAMING SYSTEM AT THAT SORT OF PRICE
