Buy a separate power brick to power the speakers. The PSU in the Packard Bell is probably an ODM design.

Why don't you use the ODM power supply just to run the speakers since it already has the connector? You can set it up for the system to turn on the Packard Bell PSU when you hit the start button on the PC. You can have your new PSU run the system.

Basically, you can attach a relay to the old PSU turn on leads and connect 1 HD lead from the new PSU to the relay. Then, when you power on the system+new PSU, the new PSU will turn on the old PSU which will be powering your speakers.

Alternatively, pick up another set of speakers which is a lot simpler. The Packard Bell ones are probably pretty basic anyhow.
