Poor performance in 3D Mark 06

The CPU test on 3D Mark 2006 runs at around 1 frame per second!

Surely that's not normal! Overall score was 6094.

I have an E6400 @ 2.92 GHz, 2GB RAM, and an X1950XT.

Just realised 1 FPS is actually normal. Is there a thread anywhere with everyone's 3D Mark scores? I couldn't find one.
