    What are pipes on a graphics card?

    same as title

    and also what is passive cooling? is it just air?

    well pipes im not too sure, but more is better

    passive coolign is where there is no fans or other noisy cooling methods) just usually a chunk of heatsink that dissipates the heat

    passive cooling is a heatsink normally with cooling pipes on it to draw air away from said product rather than actively cooling the heatsink with a fan
