    shuttle sk41g2 quick q

    it says 166mhz fsb - will this work ok with 400mhz ram ? for overclockin a xp2500 ? or will the fsb only go so high in one of these?
    or will i need 333 ram?

    They won't do 400fsb iirc, you can use 400 ram but it'll only run at 333.

    dont really matter about the 33 fsb thats ok just wondering if the 400 would run on the mobo, so i could o/c it a bit

    you posted in the topic a SK41G2... they dont do a G2 style SK41G......

    right, if its a hybrid, the N part stand for nforce mobo, and the G2 part stands for the new type facia.

    so u either have an sn41g (thats an sn41g2 mobo "fn41" and the SK41g case)

    or an sn41g2 - new style case with nFORCE mobo
