Enough to play fs2004 and multiplayer on high resolution

My computer is really old and I want to play flight simulator for once not on minimal resolution

So I want to upgrade my computer from

    256 mb add a 1gb stick
Integrated graphics card to 512Mb Sapphire Radeon X1600Pro or geforce 7600gs 256mb agp graphics card
250 psu dont know what brand written in Chinese or Japanese (Dont really care) to a 400W NORTHQ SUPER SILENT 12-17DB W/140mm FAN Cable Sleaving,Black Titanium Coating, ATX 2.0, PCI Exp

My motherboard is a FIC AM39L with an AMD Athlon XP 1900
    1.92GHZ

Will this be able to play fs2004 on more than minimal resulotion

i dont see why it shouldnt, dont know much about that motherboard though, if you've checked that you have an AGP slot free it whould work fine, also are the PSU and mobo both same number of pins? eg, 20 or 20+4. aslong as stick isnt DDR2 it should work fine, because dont DDR2 have to run in dual channels? if im wrong please tell me

My computer (see specs) does fine in FS 2004, not all the way up, but very good frame rates at reasonable settings. Hate to think what FSX would do.

I have a similar spec to awm, and FS2004 plays ok on my computer, between 15 and 25 fps, sometimes less when in an area of high detail.

Just buying a new pc though! Dimension 9200
