Yeah, you can always basically have as many sound cards as you can fit with any PC, as long as there isn't some type of freak conflict.
EX
If you use another sound card would you lose the use of all the audio ports on the front and back of the shuttle?
thats what i need to know i what a audio in, in the back but i dont wanta loose the front ports
You can have many soundcards as long as you set it all up properly, and you can switch between them in Windows applications iirc
