Where can I get a cheap base tower?

I just need a tower which supports XP! Will be used for MSN internet, word and music.

Looking for something as cheap as possible and no I cant make it myself!

you didnt inlcude the maximum lowest budget you are willing to accept ex anything below 100pounds :D

you may get a barebone and just plug a graphics card and a hard disk with around 150pounds.

(though you said you dont want to make just a fast one:

those for "new" systems, you could get an old pentium 3 or even amd 1800athlon far cheaper! (around 25pounds) :D

If you really want as cheap as possible and will only be using it for basic tasks (i.e. word processing, internet, playing music etc) then Dell would be an option. Here's one for example (assuming you don't need a monitor):

The Dell looks good! Looking for something around the £200 mark and its just for my sister. All she does is go on msn and play the occasional track.
