My house mate wants to get a webcam for his old 700 Mhz Duron (512MB RAM). Looking around at the minimum requirements, will he be able to use one? For example, Creative’s Live! Cam Optia requirements state "Intel Pentium 4 1.6 GHz or AMD equivalent processor." Perhaps and older/cheaper one with lower picture quality might be his best bet, any suggestions? Cheers.
