Help with an upgrade!!

A friend of mine has a very errantic pc which seems to reboot whilst he is working on a word document or just keeps rebooting when starting up in the morning. He has asked me to help him upgrade the motherboard or psu.

His current system which is used in a small business is

Abit AS8 with Intel 865PE
Intel 3.2GHz Pentium 4 CPU
2 x 512mb Corsair Value Select PC3200 (DDR400)
Nvidia FX5700LE graphics card
2 x Hitachi 80GB SATAII hard drives
480 Tagan PSU

He wants to keep the CPU, RAM and graphics card.

Can anyone advise if the ASRock 775 Dual-VSTA motherboard is stable and reliable?? Does the PSU need upgrading??

Any alternative solutions will be great!!

First before deciding anything.......take the memory out and put it back to make sure there is good contact.

Cheers Excalibur2, you were right one of the memory modules was faulty. Not sure how it happened but used MemTest program from memtest.org to check the modules.
