Which sound card for SFF PC?

I was thinking of getting a PCI AIW card for me Terminator SFF PC. The AIW works best with a decent sound card. The onboard on the Terminator is dire and I'd like to some optical I/O on the card if I can. Since the Terminator only has 2 PCI slots I was wondering is there any why of getting more USB ports. Preferably USB2. Is there any sound card that gives me USB2 ports. I know a couple of them give extra firewire ports but USB2 would be more useful.
