I dont know of any. Usually, you would connect the 3 pin plug to a fan controller or your motherboard. Fan controller is the easiest way. Or you can use a 4 pin to 3 pin adapter.
right...ok, i know ive seen one somewhere, its just that i dont have a fan controller or any more connectors on my motherboard (my motherboard only has one).
i have a cheap psu...i want a new one and fan sockets....
Oh well sorry but realy don't understand your problem, I just use splitters from the PSU in my computer to use more fans, of course I can't control the speed, but my Antec p180 has inbuilt fans that have a switch to control the speed, so I would assume you can buy these.
But if you think you might overload the PSU then I can see why you would need a seperate power supply for many fans.
