New motherboard and memory, hard drive be ok?

Well my old system had an Asus P5W DH Deluxe and Corsair PC-6400 CL5 memory. But it had to get RMA'd and now I'm going to order an Asus commando and Corsair PC-6400 CL4 memory.

Should their be any problems? Same processor and graphics card, but the old mobo had a 975x chipset and commando is 965.

My old PC dosen't have a SATA port so I can't reformat the hard drive... and I don't really want to, but if it comes to it should the system be able to post and then I can reformat the hard drive?

Yep it'll post fine - infact you'll probably get into windows just fine, but a reinstall is definitely recommended.
