Currently have 1.85 going through it and im not sure about adding any more (since it defaultis only 1.5).
Heats no problem as its in a vapo (finally got it all working too :D) so whats the highest I can safely go?

With 1.5v i would definatly say you are shortening the life time of your chip. What clock are you running?
Streetster is running 1.7v and getting 2300mhz.
I have the 1.6v version, and my NF7-S undervolts by about 0.025, and i try to keep it at 1.85 (1.8225) or below.

Its currently running at ~2400 atm. Do all NF7-S's undervolt, cos i'm using one of them too. Just wanna see if I can push it even further.
Well if you dont care how long the chip lasts just go for it. The vapo will probably reduce the effect of the volts a little bit, but not huge-ly.
I would say see what kind of clock you can get with it at about 1.7 - 1.8 but anything above 1.8 is probably gonna make the chip considerable less time, specially as the default is 1.5!
I belief that all NF7-S's undervolt by about the same i am lead to belief. So it is only 1.825, prolly want to check in the BIOS see if it is undervolting, also donwload some like MBM5, or CPUID (thats how i noticed it.)

Hmmm, currently have 1.79 according to MBM5. Maybe its set to 1.825 then
Guess I'l just see how much more I can push it as to whether its worth it. I got a another decent clocker if it fails anyway.
edit: ok, the bios is saying 1.825, and i do have 1.85 going through it.
Ive not heard of many cases of electromigration killing an AMD at 1.8v, but id google just in case.
Isnt that the thing that kills P4's? its not that, it will just lessen the life of the chip
2.1v easy, your on a vapo crank up the voltage, I run 2v through my 2500+ on water with no probs, It will defo shorten the lifespan but the chip will easy live as long as your next upgrade.
even at 2v the chip isn't stable at 2.5ghz, guess i'll leave it for now. Until I get some better RAM :p
