    My Ram Overclocking itself!

    Hi,

My pc has recently started to blue screen when i put more then 1GIG of ram in I have tryd 2 diffrent sets of matched sticks!

The other day I think i may have accidently stumbled acress the problem according to everest my DDR400 RAM is running at DDR486 which is a 21% OC

when I am removing sticks these things are like hot cakes!

ive checked voltages and changed my Bios to always Run at DDR400 opposed to Auto!

Still showing up as being OC'd

    Suggestions Please

If you are overclocking the CPU, then set the RAM speed to DDR333 and it should settle at around DDR400 speeds...

If your not overclocking the CPU, then I have no clue =P
