This isnt the first compatibility issue Asus boards have had with PSUs.

Remember the Antec NeoHE's last year.
They just wouldnt work with the Asus boards at all.

    Antec blamed Asus!
    Asus blamed Antec!

Asus....eventually held their hands upo as the culprit.

    Reply from Scan today........

    "Hi

Unfortunately due to the length of time you have had the product we would be unable to accept the item back for refund or exchange. We allow 7 days for the return of products purchased that are not suitable for any reason.

    Apologies for any inconvenience caused."

If something just doesn't work properly (not fit for purpose)....does their self imposed 7 days hold any water?.

    Still waiting reply from Seasonic.

Believe I picked the Scan stuff up circa 23.Feb......but didn't start the build till about 6.Mar, awaiting other components.

Trouble is, unless Seasonic confirm some kind of incompatibility, I'm probably stuffed (technical term).

With some kind of backing from Seasonic, I could probably push harder?

Try and sell it and cut your losses. Either advertise it here, or eBay it.... Say it's new (it pretty much is).

I think scan will refund if it is inside a month and there is a problem with it, unless they have changed things?

There was definately an issue with the S12, I remember reading about it. I'll see if I can find it.
