    Gigabyte ds3 heat a problem?

Iam looking at getting the gigabyte ds3 mobo for my next build with c2d 4300,6300 or 6400.
Would the fact that it only has passive cooling be a major problem?

If you overclock, you may need fans blowing on the northbridge and the area round the cpu as they can get hot. Its also worth removing the northbridge heatsinks and reapplying some decent thermal paste.
