Cheapest mboard, cpu, memory bundle for Africa!

I'm heading out to Uganda for a few weeks, and the charity I'm working with has asked if I could take some components which are more expensive out there. They can get case and all the extras locally, but want a motherboard, cpu and memory.
It will be an office pc, even possibly having Microsoft small business server doing very light duties running on it.

It does need to be able to use IDE hard drives, as SATA are really expensive out there.

    Integrated graphics will be fine.

    Recommendations please.

    Thank you.

    LN7592 1Gb (2X512Mb) Corsair Value Select, DDR2 PC4200 (533), 240 Pin, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 4-4-4-12 £60.97

    LN15975 AMD AM2 Athlon 64 3800+ Windsor Core, Dual Core 2GHz, 2x 512KB Cache, OEM £62.26

    Arctic Cooling Alpine 64 - (Socket 754, 939, AM2) + All AMD Opteron £5.86

Giving a total of £163.75 including VAT.

I went dual core as you mentioned small bussiness server.

The mother board has two ide connectors and on board graphics.

You could probably same some money going for a sempron at

    LN14238 AMD AM2 Sempron 3000 Manila Core, 1.6GHz, 256KB Cache, Retail £33.76

Total would then be £129.38 including VAT.

But I would suggest dual core.

Thank you, that's really useful. But, as often in africa, the information has just changed!
I now don't need to make it IDE compatiable, you can get SATA in Uganda!

So, does the advice change, or is that still a solid, good value bundle to go for?

I would probably switch to the above motherboard as I prefer nvidia to via.

Even so the above board also support two sata ports and two ide port (4 drives) where as the new one has two sata and only one ide (2 drives).
