    Another upgrade advice needed thread.

I'm planning on ordering some part today if I can if not tomorrow and so far I have chosen:

    2GB (2x1GB) CorsairTwinX XMS2 Dominator,DDR2 PC2-6400,240 Pins, NonECC Unbuffered, CAS 4-4-4-12, EPP

    Asus Commando i965, S775, PCI-E (x16), DDR2 533/667/800, SATA II, SATA RAID, ATX

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600, Socket 775, 2.4 GHz, 1066MHz FSB, Conroe Core, 4MB Cache, Retail

    Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro - P4 up to 4.4GHz - S775 Dual Core / Core2Duo Ready

Is the memory I have picked ok for the MB and the CPU? I'm not interested in overclocking at the moment.

Also will my current PSU be up to the job of running these parts ok? Currently I have a OCZ 520w Modstream, other parts in the computer are X1950 XTX, 2 sata drives and 2 dvd drives.

    Thanks for any help

Have a modstream 520w in my setup with an overclocked E6600, 5 hard drives, 1900xt and water pump etc.

If thinking on a 8800gtx or a sli setup then would consider getting something bit bigger.

Regarding the memory I can't really answer but is that not the really expensive stuff? Maybe consider some Gskill 6400 hz?

    All best

Good to know the PSU is good enough.

The memory is not really expensive stuff £180 for the 2gb.
