Asus P5b-deluxe and older Akasa Paxpower PSU

I currently have an Akasa Paxpower 460W PSU I bought mid 2005, model number AK-P460FG BL

It has a 20-24Pin adapter, 8 pin connector and a 4 pin P4 style Aux connector.
Does it have everything I need to power an Asus P5B deluxe?
Will I either need to buy some adapters or a new PSU?
