    Question AMD2 Mini ITX motherboards

    Does anybody know of any currently available in the UK?

    I don't think there are any AM2 Mini-ITX boards, possibly due to the power requirements and heat generated by the processors?

    Most seem to be VIA Eden or Intel based.

    I think it's just a case of there being a limited or no market for it. Let's be honest, if a mini-itx board can cope with the heat & power of a Intel P4 CPU then an AM2 (or 939 even) would be a piece of cake.

    Edit: Found this 754 board in the US. Interesting, but expensive.

    not AM2, but the Core2Duo does have a better performance to power usage ratio anyway.
