    To best help you on this, what are you trying to do with your 2.8C?. What overclock you got on it at present?.

    i am running it @3.0 250 fsb only had it a couple of days i will run it faster when i get new memory

    the first should definitely take your processor further.... if you could cool it....

    The timings seem quite slack though....

    Difficult choice you got there imo Turok, You could either do one of the following, buy the 533mhz stuff, and go to 266 fsb, leaving you with 3.2Gig machine, running in sync with the memory, which would be very impressive.

    OR you could do something like buy some 434mhz memory e.g Corsair LL platinum stuff and overclock to 280FSB and run the memory at 5:4 ratio which that corsair stuff would be able to handle.
