    I.C.E Heat Pipe/Athlon XP Heatsink

Hi - I'm currently trying to decide whether to buy a SN45G or SN41g2

I've downloaded the manuals for both of these and they say that a heatsink/fan has to be fitted - however I was under the impression that the ICE heat pipe connects directly to the processor - is this correct?

Also does anybody know what the performance difference between the two is (if the same spec components were fitted )?

I ask this because if the performance difference is not that great I would probably buy the 41 as I think that it looks a little better

The SN45G doesnt have onboard graphics.

The SN41G2 has an integrated GF4 MX built onto the Nforce2 Motherboard.

I personally would go for the SN41G2 since i prefer the G2 style compared to the G styling with the plastic front. But its upto you... what Video card do you have? It maybe worth while thinking about the SN45G if you have a lovely Radeon 9800 to drop in and your not going to utilise the GF4 MX onboard of the SN41G2.
