Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe fan failure - Asus contact details?

I know someone who's got the above mentioned board and has had the usual problem of the fan failure. All the responses I've come across have been advice to replace it with one of those tall Zalman passive heatsinks, but unfortunately the video cards have massive fans on them so the HS won't fit. Basically it needs to be one of those fans.

Tried phoning Asus, but couldn't get through. Is there a recognised quick way of getting a replacement fan, or do we have to jump through hoops to get it?

Mike, you can easily snap off the fins on the zalman heatsink to fit round your cards, a pair of needle nose pliers will do the trick great.

Cheers for the suggestion, I'd rather get a proper fan if possible, but that's always there as a backup plan if needed.
