Kerios good, so's the Agnitum outpost one.
All the whistles and bells you need.
Why pay for a resource hungry one, when you can run a freebie one that takes just a few Kb to run..

Can i just clarify that the Messenger service you will be shutting down is not in any way related to MSN messenger although it shares the same word of the english language.. It is the Windows messaging service that is there ideally for communication between members of a network.Originally posted by Skii
.... however you need to disable the msn service in control panel / performance + maintenance / administrative tools / services / messenger - disabled. This will prevent annoying adverts popping up on screen via the msn messenger service.
This however is open to abuse and can very easily be closed if it is not required. e,g where youve got just one pc. or youve got 3 pcs but dont particularly want to send messages to yourself .
The procedure to follow is slightly different depending on what operating system you are using

I've just uninstalled Zonealarm - it was pissing me off too much. Kept activating mid game and screwing up my graphics.Originally Posted by Enverex
Installed Kerio. Seems good so far, much better than ZA. Thanks for the recommendation.
