Ah 2142 glitches I hate them all but you learn to adapt to them such as being shot through a solid wall, I play mostly on camp gibraltar so I know most of the glitches such as putting a walker under the walkway means it wont get hit with the orbital strikes, and that you cant shoot through the fence with a sniper rifle but can with a machine gun.

The one glitch that I hate though is when I can play for hours unpon end with no problems but the next day it will just keep crashing and then be fine again. Oh and the god damn spawn killers grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

as far as i was concerned it had some wierd futuristic force field around it to allow it to land at full speed, helping it to smash through ships and damage tanks etc without killing the passenger !

well i think podding out of titan towards silo then seeing two enemies trying to capture it landing on both of them then killing them and onto a transporter killing 3 or 3 enemies is great fun, maybe not for you cus it seems your the one getting killed all the time...and when i get killed by 1 in a tank or apc soo wat its part of the game, that has got its flaws but when played properly can be alot of fun.

good so if punkbuster b is there, is punkbuster a there if so then they both need to be permitted, cus you dont use a firewall then they will be clashing with each other (ie one working not the other) this has solved many peoples problems including mine, also you have to go to alot of trouble if you do get a virus/trojan surely it would be easier to have a firewall(unless you got 1 with ya router?) sorry but i think it is down to your computer when there are soooo many peeps out there playing with no problems...

Seriously EVERYTHING is working fine technically. I would put it down to the uni connection but a mate has no problems at all. The real thing that convinces me its not my machine is it works on some servers and not others. Now before u mention it, the ones it works on ARE pb enabled as for the firewall i know what you mean but i find the hassle of removing the odd trojan etc less than configuring a firewall all the time, espec when im transferring from home to uni and back all the time and i need diff configs.

maybe glitch is to hard aword, but it is certainly a floored gameplay dynamic there is no skill in ramming planes and just because its in the game doesnt mean that it was intended to be played like that, e.g. getting onto roofs that was never intended and dice almost stopped ppl doing it, glitching in crates thats ok as well i suppose because the game allows you to?
Stop using the tired arguement of its not real life everyone knows that, its just a pathetic and immature way of playing the game

But ramming a plane isnt like getting onto roofs that ur not meant to, or exploiting a glitch in the titan. Its totally different, ok maybe they didnt INTEND for people to do that but tbh i reckon they expected it. I dont see how it is a pathetic and immature way of playing the game at all. Things i would say are pathetic and immature are things like spawn camping/rape, all this is is using a vehicle to destroy another one. Would you say ramming the PAC car with the EU car to kill everyone in it is pathetic, immature and a glitch in the game too? come on now, dont be a soar loser

no i like to have fun when i play i dont need to win or come first all the time and i most definately dont need to exploit game dynamics to win.
I dont mind spawn raping i think thats a very reasonable part of the game if a team cant get there act together to actually defend a single spawn point then thats prity poor.
The difference between spawn raping and drop podding a vehicle is you simply have no defense against a droppod 9 times out of 10 your not expecting it unless your camping the titan roof and there simply is no defence against it, you shot them down and they move very fast making it a difficult to get out of the way if your in a vehicle

i dont need to win all the time either.... whats you point there? I & a lot of the ppl i play with find it quite fun to destroy things with the pod, u say it takes no skill but have u tried it? What i meant by spawn raping is the uncap raping, sorry i should have been more clear. u have no defense against titan guns & very little chance of avoiding a speeder. Agreed its expoiting the dynamics of the game but that hardly ruins it and makes the person pathetic for doing it.

Yes i have tried it, it is hard dropping on to ppls head dropping onto vehciles is so easy i did it once and got bored. I agree with you on the titan guns they just are stupid i hate it put when ppl the titans together and then just spam the aa guns as it causes terrible lag on the 64man servers.
I knew you where referring to spawn raping uncaps i dont mind that as i said, the attacking team need to organise themselves better if there getting spawn raped especially as you cant hide, uav, I know this is somewhat difficult on most pub servers especially if the teams are stacked but they are supposed to be team games and its not that difficult to organise a semi decent team

Wellif u dont need to win all the time why u care bout being podded? what about camp gibratar and cerbere landing. on 64 man servers it sometimes doesnt matter at all how good the team is, u just cant get out of spawn. There is not much can be done and il go with that but there is always the idiots who run into the base and shoot u as soon as u come to life.

getting a headshot on a stationary person is easy... just cuz something is easy doesnt mean its pathetic
