It's the best MMO out there IMO, but it has a very steep learning curve. It's hard to get past the initial "oh my god, there is so much to learn" unless you are able to put a few hours in a night learning the basics. Once this has been done, the entire learning experience does become a lot easier (mainly because you will probably specialise in one area).
* This is not to say you other Eve players don't have these things, but knowing how busy Leon can be, I'm just forewarning him

Eve has quite a steep learning curve, so don't be afraid to ask questions - you might want to pop onto our pub channel "EKCHUAH PUBLIC" - just say that your from Hexus, and I'm sure someone will be able to help you answer some questions.

Really great! Currently in a Vexor (Mr Smiley) and getting my standings up so i can start L2 missions, I love the depth of the game and how you can do almost anything you like and still progress!

Was a bit wobbly last night, fine now. New rigs are cool, as are the few new effects. Caps got a fuel bay. Indy caps got an ore bay. Nothing to exciting really. Been meaning to go find these new L4 Epic Arc's.
Definately liking the new rigs. Managed to fit 3 salvaging rigs onto my destroyer for less than 10mil total. Before the patch, it would have cost around 75mil. I can see smaller ships being that bit more deadly now without costing a fortune.
Agent pointed this one out to me on the corp forums. So, are you on it?

CCP are really starting to piss me off with their crappy attitude as of late.
The OP in this thread had done a quite lengthy post on a exploration site he had found, with some wicked drops. Not only was it written well, he had taken the time to post screenshots.
A CCP mod then removed them saying images ain't allowed (so why have the option there on a forum?). The OP points this out and asks....and CCP lock the thread for "discussion of moderation".
Sorry, but who the hell do they think they are? I understand they have to mod the forums and people won't always agree, but what I've seen in that thread is a joke.
Ugh, this keeps happening with CCP, every time they gain back some respect from the players(nice mini-expansion, hammering macros), then without fail they shoot themselves in the foot.
Has anyone else heard about the EVE bank going the way of Northern Rock?

Greed, Scams, Profit. You take your chances. There are very few, if any places I would invest my ISK. Really only with the people I know in real life anyhow.
