Have re-installed this a couple of times and it always pops up with 'd3d8.dll not found'
Have tried running in compatibility mode for XP, no difference.
Am using the newer all in 1 DVD and not installing the games individually.
Can anybody help :help:

It is an old game now... not sure if it's even been tested on a Vista rig... my guess is that it don't like DX10.... tried running the game in OpenGL? looks prettier that way anyway ;)
When i try running the game in open GL it still doesn't work.
I get the image of the disc as the curser and the disc drive spins up but when the disc icon goes nothing happens.???

I downloaded a new exe file and all is working perfectly :mrgreen:

where did you find the exe file? I´m having the same problem...

the .exe suggestion is actually a replacement for the .exe that makes the game run in the first place and can be found in the odd /cough -game copy world- kind of place.
