Starting again in wow

Hi Guys,

Im tempted to start playing wow again with a new character and will be looking for a new server.

Any recommendations?

And if so
1) whats the faction balance like
2) what side do you play on
3) most needed classes there
4) definately dont need any more..

i still occasionally play on dreanor but in my opinion the game is so screwed up atm its just not worth playing. PVP is a joke, its just full on burst damage... ret pallies kill you in one stun, rogues the same mages jsut around doing instants for 10k damage. stuff like that. and pve is almost as broken... pugging 25 man naxx is common, and not really that hard to do.

however, you might still enjoy it so:

dreanor eu, i am horde.. the balance is fairly good as its a well populated server. hybrids rule the roost atm, there are lots and lots of paladins, druids, deathknights. but these classes do everything well, so dont let it put you off. play whatever class you want to.

I see you've already started you character, but you can check the approximate faction ratios at:

Also worth noting is that they have just turned on the ability to create a Death Knight on any realm - assuming you have a level 55+ on at least one realm (not tried it myself). Might save you some leveling if you want to play a DK.

hehe seriously though I am finding myself becoming really addicted to wow again. I logged on the other night with the idea of playing for a few minutes and before I knew it I`d played for 4 hours solid
