I was aiming, took down 4 109's, 1st one was great, snook up behind him, quick tap from the cannons and the MG's, his tail fell off, then took down the other 3 in pretty much the same way, 1st lost tail, 1 lost a wing, 1 I killed his engine and another just blew up...Quote:

You are lucky that gun failures aren't modelled m8 - the Hispano 20's were notoriously unreliable when first fitted to the spit. Best gun in the game imho, one tap and you will saw a 190 in half - lovely. Only 60 rounds per gun, so no spraying ;)

Aye I could do with the practice tbh Trig. I'm a but rusty but I reckon Spit v 190 would be an interesting little matchup. The Spit is great to fly and turns on a wingtip, seems v slow and quick to bleed energy in a turn. Energy fighting the 190 should hand its arse on a plate, as it did historically to the Spit VB. Turn fighting the spit would win every time.
worked out what my problem in fb is, my damned stick!
No matter how I calibrate it it's always got a list to the left, and the middle is too wobbly for reliable aiming :( *kicks it*

rudder, while it should trim the YAW, seems to do an equal amount to minor body ROLL
