    1946 IL-2 Patches: what's the score

    Lo dudes,.

I'm on 4.08 and have been since god was in shorts.

Tumble mentioned a 4.09mb and I checked UBI's website and it's only up to 4.08 at the mo,

    Is the BETA worthy?

I installed the beta to see if that was causing the horrid trees glitch in Perfect mode, but it wasn't It seems to run identically to 4.08, but there's a few extra maps that are really worth it (alledgedly, I've not played em yet)

I cant join any servers with 4.08 at the mo, cos it chucks a Map error code.

I cant find any map packs either... dont wanna go to 4.09 if it then wont let me into 4.08 as that's the most prolific.

hold up.... my game is corrupted.

How does it do that? It just sits there on a perfectly good hard drive, and then one day... the maps are shagged!

Luckily I have a full intall on an external drive.

Bet its not the maps, theres a bug with the cat setup, you have to change the setting in the ccp
