Mosquito Squadron must die; it's a tepid rehash of 633 Squadron anyway.
    Heartbreak Ridge.
Escape to Victory? Who the firetruck thought putting that in was a good idea?

By the way, the list's missing "The Battle of Midway".

+1 for Battle of Midway Agreed. Top movie. Come to think of it we're missing a whole loat of naval combat,

    The Enemy Below
    Run silent Run Deep
    Sink the Bismarck
    Battle of the River Plate
    The Sea Wolves

Now I have the theme music for 633 squadron stuck in my head...
    Society's to blame,
    Or possibly Atari.

    Jarhead.
Good, the Bad and the Ugly. (A bit of war but not really a war film).
    Pearl Harbor. (awful)

There's a lot of classics on this list, but a few I've never heard of.

No, the first 15 minutes or so of Saving Private Ryan is one of the all time great, most of the rest is annoying Tom Hanks dross. Like Castaway or The Terminal.
