I assumed gamespy arcade would work, but appears not to. Really cant understand why they havent sorted a good ingame friends, server browser feature. Its pretty fundamental for this kind of game.

I can only surmise they've never put a 'friends' type thing in because truth be told this kind of game is generally more 'organised' rather than 'drop in'.

Xfire is good - I use it for all other non-steam games Hopefully it wont be long until its added

no because it can help see whos currently playing on your server without opening the game and Yes because it doesnt really combine the topic at hand which is about the hexus arma 2 night out

It might be because I am using the experimental version as the download link for the normal version wasnt working..

If your using the 2.0 or whatever version it will not connect to the old servers.

You need version 1.1.8 or less to connect.
