Cool, we've got some good numbers now. :)

Had a few issues with the mission, namely implementing a revive system absolutely mullered it, but we're getting there. I've every confidence we'll be good for Thurs. :)

I can't stress it enough though guys, read that briefing and get some ideas of your plans now. As Russians you only have limited vehicles so make sure you plan your travel arrangements carefully!

We will hopefully have time to play the mission a couple of times (since it only lasts 30 mins) so you'll be playing as both sides.

Right, mission is pretty much sorted. Might play test it with a couple of the guys later. :)

I'm almost certaily going to have to pull out of this evening (and, horror, possibly all ARMA2 events) because of a massively annoying problem.

I tried installing the 1.03 patch last night and got some errors while doing it, and after a bit of struggling I though it might be a good idea to reinstall ARMA2. Which then promptly and repeatedly failed to reintall, bringing up CRC errors every time. So no ARMA2 until I can get it solved.

I've had this issue before with the original game. I simply backed up my profile, uninstalled, deleted any extra short cuts etc, and then ran CCleaner to sort out registry entries.

Run a CHKDSC to ensure there's no errors on your HD.

Check the disc itself for any smudges or dirt.

Leave the computer off for some time to cool down, then try a reinstall. It worked in the end for me, I just had to keep trying. Once it's installed patch up from fresh, copy your profile back and defrag your disc.

Job done. :)

I'll give it another crack (and keep at it, it worked once after all) but I'm going out to dinner straight after work so it's unlikely that I'll manage to get it up and running by 8.30 :(

'Connecting failed', they've broken MP for certain people with 1.03 it seems.
