OK chaps, here's the show:

Wednesday (23rd Dec) evening, around 8pm a new area of "Flight Space" will be created for all and sundry rom this meeting, the "HEXUS squadron" to boom and zoom around in, turning and burning, lawn-darting in total safety, surrounded by their colleagues. People needing assistance will be given it. External Views will be ON... and will be ONLY used to assist people or to tell them how big thier bum looks through the gaping hold in the airframe left by me cannon

A set of intercomms will be created also, using the NEW Team Speak 3 system. It will be less professional than a normal "sortie" but will not involve any horrible words... like "Zak you 're about to die"

I can easily host both, and then if my connection is not up to the job, I'll sublet the Game Server side of things to someone else. MA_Tumble?

The plan is to use the ever popular Islands Map Dogfight for 11 armies. It is a "clock shaped" set of islands, with an airbase on all but one, and a centre island for ease of navigation. If you get lost, you goto the centre and then head to your island using your compass.

There will be NO PLANE restrictictions, but in the persute of fairness and FUN, I'd expect every pilot to try his/her hand at multiple crap heaps and scummy old kites as well as the uber aircraft.

The server will be findable via HYPERLOBBY, where you will be looking for MA_Zak33 in the right hand column, near the bottom of the "In Game" list with the letter H (FOR HOST) in the title.

In this example it shows my name, but I'll be over on the right, amongst those others that say "H WingsofWar" etc... it'll be H MA_Zak33
PASSWORD IS "netwings"

Team Speak3 server will be on the iGi server
windows.imgoingin.co.uk, (default port) and password will be "teamspeak"

PLEASE get onto the server early to check it works for you

I should be able to join you, but I'll be travelling to my parents that day, so it'll depend on the weather whether I'll be on at that time. It'll mean having to take my stick with me as well! Haven't tried to get Hyperlobby working yet on Win7, so I'll work on that tomorrow.
