I should add now im sober that Airforce war is a series of missions generated for player v player coops on a dynamic front line.

Setting are full real so if you do take part be careful of take off not to ram the plane in front :D

Registered - is this quite popular? miss the good old VEF days, but don't miss the waiting around for eons to actually fly a mission....

Ive tried to fly three times and given up waiting for the host to begin the game in all three cases... 20 minutes or more is still silly.

As ever...they await their mates fannying around.. and then boot me out of the list after a bleeding age or waiting!

Well just flew one, 10 mins from joining room to start....Went on a little solo recon and found the JU88 human plane all alone taking a round about route to target....Set 1 engine on fire, stopped the other one.....He turned me into a glider and I turned for red lines....His flaming engine blew up so I got the kill and managed to ditch red side of the lines.....A good start :D

Grr was captured in that one after all :(

Second mission less than 10 minute wait and popped a 109 and a bail over red lines If im captured this time gonna cry

I'll try again soon then... i just hate waiting for sooo long and then being kicked cos their mate turned up.

Well got another in in less than 10 mins same evening.

Of course if we get a few of us I can always host...End of problem re kicks

Something with a prop on the front, maybe 20mm cannon's, and real action.....

1400mm in the 40's? That's what, a forty inch projectile? I don't think battleships had anything that big, let alone aircraft :p

Even modern day Spectres have the good grace to limit themselves to 105mm rounds ;)
