I got Silent hunter 3 from game a few weeks ago and never got round to installing it. Not sure i will. Did that game to death when it came out.

Suposedly game are gonna send me a link at 11.00PM to download the game. Hope they're right, i wanna give it a go tomorrow

Had a poke at one of the Silent hunters a way back, think it might havwe been you that got me into that tbh Dak, couldnt really get on with it tbh, less room to move under the water and the visibility's crap

I got Silent hunter 3 from game a few weeks ago and never got round to installing it. Not sure i will. Did that game to death when it came out.

Got my email from Game, clicked on the download link and it just sent me the steam client

Deleted that and just put the product code into steam and it's installing now.

I've been reading that this needs a monster computer to run. Even my little 4870(1GB) isn't on the official list of tested cards. :s

Think I'm going to hold off till I see how the optimizations go.

I'm just updating Il-2 to 4.10.1 tonight as the real pilot of the house is out on the lash and has left me in charge of aircraft prep (read: patching IL-2)

No need to rush into this one, constant frame rate and stuttering issues.

This game is not yet ready, i'll come back to it when a patch is out.

I'm quite enjoying it. I fixed mt low FPS/ Stuttering problems with some .ini edits found on another forum and its actually quite smooth most of the time now.

Givus a link!! Currently pondering getting this, as are a couple of friends. Might wait for an offer to get the price down, although the original IL2 has got to be one of my best £ per hour buys ever.
