New for VVS are the IL2 w/ 37mm cannon, and the La5F :)
New for OKL is the G6, some Hungarian 109's (F4's :D) and an extension for the usage of the 110 :eek:
Also, with VWF there are no British planes whatsoever :(
Lots of P47's and P51's, with a few P38's to go with it - not going to be turn 'n' burning much with them are we Dakky :p
Luke, I don't know if i'm reading this right but we are in PROKHOROVKA for the next map right?.
So a very very small chance of a 37mm cannon il2's in that column? with the chance of meeting a 110G is 3 in 300 chance LOL....
However the He111 is a one in 6 chance of seeing one hehe, please let that be reflected in the game PLEASE :)

Yup, Prokhorovka is the next map.
The 110 3/300 is crap TBH. We know that out of every 300 planes there will be much more that 3 110's, as it is selectable and OKL can't live without their 110 ;)
However, it is different with the IL2's - as we have several models of it. So, if we add all the IL2 models that we will get in Prokhorovka we get 82. We then divide 7 (for the 37mm varient) by this 82 and multiply by 100 and find that we have an 8.5% chance of 37mm IL2's per IL2 mission :)
I feel that they should abolish all 'selectable' bombers - and that you just get the options 'Recon' 'Bomber' 'Attack/Jabo' 'AI Attack' where the bombers in Bomber will be in the correct ratio for each given map, and Attack/Jabo are fighter-bombers like the I16/190 etc...

Oh when oh when are we going to get some decent sodding d/f planes, eh?
Flown a couple of missions today... one in a 153 and the other in I-16s... tbh, getting fed up having outmoded ****e to fly in while OKL blasts around in their winged cannons. Why are we starting to see some decent planes come through in the patches but then wait forever to see them in VEF/VWF? The game will have moved on by the time the 'timeline' gets to a point where we could be flying decent planes, we'll be onto the next big thing.
At the minute, all we seem to be is fodder for frag hungry OKL pilots.
And while we're talking about the planesets, how about some realism on the numbers that were actually up? Russian planes were numerous purely because no-one could affect their manufacturing plants, buried deep insisde Russia. The Luftwaffe were stretched to the limit, fighting on four fronts, but we seem to be seeing all the latest kit coming their way, which wasn't the case at all.
what missions have you flown today? VEF or VWS...

We are now flying WVF which means back to square 1 re planes :( See Mess Hut for my ideas till we get decent planes
Dak, thats only for a couple of days/weeks though. Soon we'll be in the *proper* Western Front - Normandy 44, P38's, P47's and P51's vs FW's in large quantities :)
Yeah with Stats that look like we started simming yesterday :mad: I worked long and hard to get my missions to death and kills to mission up and try for the 600pts and now its back to a lottery :rant:Quote:

VWF is still in BETA :( - but changed map to Normandy, AND WE GOT SPITTY MK9 :) :) :)
Also (For grass-cutters) P38 is selectable :)
