Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
I've just finished Gothic 4 tonight, really enjoyed it. Must admit the last section dragged on a bit but overall the final boss battle and ending was decent. Its a decent game, total playtime was about 20 hours, so a bit smaller than other RPG's.
Just gone back to Two Worlds 2 which is another cracking RPG, 12 hours in and it is becoming more involved. Love some of the spell combinations you can create. Just created one that causes decay and traps them then hits them with a homing fireball, so it does quite a bit of damage. Even though I play warrior type class I have been experimenting with different spells, its just fun to tinker!
Just started going through Brother in arms again, then going to actually get round to playing BIA Earned in Blood which I bought last Christmas, darned Steam sales!
Also just started Neverwinter Nights 2 again after shelving it for the past 2 years, lost a 14 hour save and it put me off. But just re installed it and enjoying it again.
Another vote for Fallout 3. I know it's an older game, but Battlefield 2 still works for me, I play it for several hours a week.
So do I. In fact I'm just in the process of installing the latest 21CW mod.
Have you tried tournament play? It takes the game to the next level, really it does. You all work as a team and there are no smacktards like you find on pubby servers.
"Free speech includes not only the inoffensive but the irritating, the contentious, the eccentric, the heretical, the unwelcome and the provocative provided it does not tend to provoke violence. Freedom only to speak inoffensively is not worth having."
Hi Betty, never heard of the 21CW mod, I am going to get on the case tonight!
I haven't tried tournament play either, I will look into that as well.
I'm looking forward to BF3, I hope it lives up to the hype! Im going to have to upgrade my PC for it, looking at a Scan 3XS system.
Thanks
Xman , Dirt 3 , mass effect 2 PES 2012 those are awesome
Currently playing Space Marine, Deus EX HR.
Some of my favorites are DOW II Series, Dragon Age1+2, Mass Effect 1+2, Fallout 3.
I tend to start and never finish games, but Dragon Age: Origins stands out as one that I did complete. Decent branching storyline, plenty of background and lore, decent graphics and it felt polished. By all accounts Dragon Age 2 is far inferior though; I have yet to try it.
As for Indie games I'd also recommend World of Goo and Bastion, both well polished games with their own distinctive styles. Bastion also has an awesome soundtrack, but of course that's pretty subjective.
Yeah I have heard that. I have got Mask of the Betrayer and installed it but havnt got Storm of Zehir. Going to have a look at some of the mods for it also, noticed that someone is redoing Icewind Dale as a mod for it last year, going to check out how it is coming along.
The first Neverwinter Nights I clocked up so many hours on it, also bought the 2 expansions for it and it took me about 3 weeks to get through all the content. 2 of those 3 weeks I was on holiday from work! Damned fine RPG and still well worth playing today.
Mind you, I still need to finish Witcher 2. Just left the tavern at the start of Chapter 2 on it. Probably going to crack on with that tonight, need to get through it as I've had it a while now.
I finished Demons Souls on PS3 beginning of last week. As soon as I finished it went through it a second time to see the bad ending. So gradually catching up with the stuff I have bought.
Mind you pre purchased Rage the other day on Steam, should imagine that is going to get all my attention once it launches, not forgetting the imminent release of Dark Souls and Batman Arkham City. Everything landing at once this year!
I really enjoyed with bugs related games.
Ooh that is such a tough question! I (rather ashamedly) only really play browser games or browser based games, so I can save on cash! One of the best ones of the last year was by far World of Tanks...anyone else play?

StarCraft II great storyline, gfx, and online player management, sorts knobs from pros
Batman: Arkham Asylum if you are into finding things and bashing heads in while your at it, the one!
Left 4 Dead (first one) enjoyed it very much, even though it does get repetitive its still loads of fun
I'm not really a PC gamer, but Team fortress 2 has been the most fun gaming-wise I've had in a long time.
In terms of sheer playtime it has to be Fallout New Vegas, not since Oblivion has a single player game kept me involved in trying the same things in different ways.
Other games this year are Left For Dead 2 and Borderlands.

This is bunny and friends. He is fed up waiting for everyone to help him out, and decided to help himself instead!
Just completed 'Dragon Age' & 'DA Origins' (late to the party).

Good stories with excellent voice acting.
Did not feel as though the world revolved around your PC.

Pity no lead PC 'voice'.
Perhaps too many 'special moves/skills?
Not as immediate as 'ES Oblivion'
I still hanker after GTs (an age thing undoubtedly)!
