You need to turn AA on!
1024x768 full wack AA on etc looks better than 1600x1200 non AA in my humble babble.

That pic is 1280x960 with 2x ansio and 2x AA Butuz.
I'm more concerned with keeping my fps to a flyable level to be honest, I'm not running the most powerful of rigs. :)

To be honest when you view it in the native res or higher you don't see them. I guess you're viewing the shot in 1024x768?

Thought as much, I can just get away with similar settings but get the odd stutter when it gets busy.
