BF3 - Overclockers vs Hexus 8pm 14th Jan

In all honesty, I don't like using Skype due to it's lack of "push-to-talk" options, I think having ~12 people on there would be an absolute nightmare with mic breathers, coughers, people chatting in backgrounds, tv's, burps, etc...

We could finally use my Vent server, if it's still working?

In Teamspeak, there's a way of talking to

A - people in the channel
b - People in the group

So if i make a channel with the Hexus and Overclockers lot in it and then divide into groups, we'll be able to talk to all at the end of each map. You just need to assign a key to channel and group chat.

But yes you're right, we need to try it out first, otherwise we'll waste the first hour setting it up.

Maybe we could meet at 7pm on the Sat to get this sorted?

Think I've got a couple of you on Steam from Gameon, so just gimme a shout there.

But if there is any round of Gulf Of Oman, I will be sitting that one out... it is the ****tiest map I've played in Battlefield ever (Was atleast decent in BF2)

how are you able to organise a overclockers vs hexus thread using the overclockers forum? don't they censor mentioning hexus?

The TS server works brilliantly, and with this newer version of TS that Madduck and I were using, it's pretty much on a par with Skype now for call quality.

Saturday night is a go for me, 100%

Yeah at first they removed the word Hexus, so i just replaced it with "overclockers vs another IT gaming forum" and then when they all asked i just told them it was "He xus"

They're well up for the fight though. We better pull our socks up. Some of them are pretty good!

Maybe we should have a training session tonight or something :-)

I don't know about a "training session" tonight, unfortunately, I think I may have plans, and I'm working until 7pm tonight :(
