    Lock-on on my new toy

Jaggies??? What Jaggies??? Smooth as a babies bottom. I have to say I am very impressed with the quality.

Finally 1280x1024 max AA and AF and no slowdown. Hurray. Il2 looks stonkingly good aswell.

It goes jerky at 1600x1200, it will be about a year before we see it running smooth at that res! I haven't played LOMAC for a while, forgot how amazing the detail was.

    It's on:

    P4 2.4C @ 3.15Ghz (260Mhz FSB) Ram running 1:1
    1024Mb Geil PC4000 Cas 2.5
Radeon 256mb X800 Pro Flashed to X800XT and running at XT speeds

AA and AF slider all the way up. I think that is 16x AA and 8x AF, mipmap detail on full.

Zak, all you gotta do is put an afternoon aside and I'll visit and teach you LOMAC. Seriously, it's no where near as difficult as it looks bud

I can see Stoo's mouse pointer hovering ever so dangerously close to the "Add item to your basket" button

You can get them for about £280 the Vivo ones which mod to XT's are a bit more.

Personally I would wait. They will drop in price pretty soon. The only reason I bought one is because an oppotunity arose to sell my 9800 for £120. So I did.

However the card does make the flightsims oh so good.
