Recommend making a second account and contacting support, for some stupid reason EA thought best to require you to login to make any support requests... my account got hijacked but i had it back within 6 hours of making a second account and contacting support.

Thats my current Battlelog Status message and has been for 4 weeks! Doubt it'll ever change it as EA just gets worse.Worst gaming platform ever..... Origin!
Having already given up after years trying to give feedback but being ignored. I don't expect them to start listening to customers now.
