My new rig is due to arrive tomorrow so once she is built I'm going to need some new games to put her through her paces. I'm happy with anything but flight sim or racing, sooooo does anyone have any recommendations??
Thanks,

Botanicula
Legend of Grimrock
Bastion
Defense Grid: The Awakening
Osmos
Plants vs Zombies
all great games you should own
Ah.. but they'll run on anything.
How about The Witcher 2. Ultra + Ubersampling..
.. actually maybe not, you might cry.
Hmm you need to find something that looks like it's demanding, but actually runs well so you feel good about your rig.. what are the specs?
As above, depends on your rig, but I would say original crisis still is a great 'New system' test. Seeing it with everything cranked up and running smooth is a sight to behold.
Also, Skyrim. The game may not be your cup of tea necessarily, but again, it's an exquisite world with the details up. More fun walking around than playing he game... Well that's what happened to me with my recent build :)
As Kal says, Witcher 2 is a great looking game, especially when you get to some of the more organic sections of the game. Best in game forest ever. And don't even think about Ubersampling ;)
Enjoy the new rig. Great time when you can flex its muscles!!!
Things look as follows:
I5 3570K OC @ 4.5-4.7Ghz
ASRock Fatal1ty Pro Z77
8GB Corsair Vengeance Racing Red 1600Mhz RAM (2x 4GB)
3GB XFX 7970 Black edition with Ghost and Hydrocell
64GB Crucial M4 boot drive, 256GB Crucial M4 Games Drive, 2TB Seagate HDD
Dell U2412M Monitor
I think that's about it for what really matters, oh and I'm looking to game at 1920x1200 :D

bf3, crysis 2 etc
BF3, Diablo 3, StarCraft 2, Shogun 2 and Crysis 2.
Damn.......a year of sequels......
Skyrim esp with some of the lighting and graphical mods.
Batman archam city
heck anything new that you've not played ;)
World of tanks?
Or download the return to chaos pack; bewtiful.
Total war is quite intensive.
I've got the CE of Diablo III coming next week so i guess that will be my starting point and I will just take things from there. I just hope my rig will be ok for Crysis 3 and the likes in the coming months//years
I hope you realise you don't need much for diablo3? a 6770/5770 will give you a sloid 70fps at 1080p on max settings

It might be fun to play but it'll not be taxing your shiny new pc
Crysis or BF3 will certainly test the rig!
