Diablo 3 - It's here! (Unboxing pics)

Tesco kindly delivered my D3 game a few days early. This is the basic / standard game, and cost £28, via a HUKD link. (£32.97, minus £5 from memory).

holy, i avoided tesco as everyone says they are terrible for preorders... glad you got yours early, very early!! Also glad that theres a time lock on it so you can play before me :D. My amazon order hasnt even been despatched yet! i havent payed for first class, cant see the point and last time i ordered a first class postage it took a week longer than the item on their free post (same item, one for me and another).

Hmm, wonder if i will get mine... be a bit annoyed if i dont get it on launch but i have an exam wednesday so as long as it arrives wed im ok :P

My brothers copy also arrived today, from Shopto.

just hit f5 on my amazon page... its now saying theres a delay and that the earliest is may the 17th... brilliant, just added first class and its here for 16th apparently.

Useless amazon, surprised they let me down now... they always been good but they slipped up now, to think i ordered this over 2 bloody years ago :(.

Can you still pre-order and have it delivered before 15th?

My amazon copy of Diablo hasn't been despatched yet, estimated delivery date is the 16th - looks like it wont be here for Monday night. Thankfully that copy is going to a friend, I've got my copy from the WoW annual pass.

The postie did bring me a present this morning though in the form of the Book of Cain I've already read it and it's awesome. Although I've played Diablo and D2 it's always enjoyable to read more about the history of Sanctuary and all the Diablo lore. Whilst there are no spoilers in the book it does have a few hints here and there, and I've got some theories floating around in my head. Roll on release day!

Damn :( Seems there must be issues with Amazon, more specifically people who ordered over a year ago there, many peoples early orders not showing as sent and i notice that normal version is also showing out of stock now, heres some comments....

I really want to play this. But I haven't played D2 yet.. I'm debating whether to playD2 first or not, but I dont want to wait! Thanks for the pics!

Ordered my m8s from Tesco for him and he had it in his hand last night rofl.

someone care to donate a guest pass? so i can atleast delay my troubles when it undoubtly misses the release date :P... apparently the servers actually open tomorrow for the UK (doing it by our timezone for once!).

Could be worse, you could of been expecting PC parts on Friday for a new Diablo 3 build that are still not in your hand lol :(

To top it off my monitor which I ordered from Amazon with free delivery was delivered on a Saturday via courier, was not expecting it till next week..

Jealous! Once i get my new rig built this has got to be the first game I buy! Not played any of the other Diablos but this game looks right up my street.

Oh im going to kick someone in a minute, online chat with Amazon and apparently because i changed the shipping method im now off the preorder priority! How does that work? THE FLIPPING ITEM WASNT DISPATCHED YESTERDAY, their own website was telling me i wouldnt get it on time :(.

Anyone else feel like a kid at Christmas? I'm just watching the clock and today is dragging.
