May be so, but I'm sure that pots of paint don't have disclaimers like Steam and probably Blizzard saying you can't get a refund on purchases and despite you paying them for a service, they don't have to legally provide it.

Thats ridiculous though. If you could get away with that i would pretend i had made the best game ever. All it would actually be is a login screen that didnt do anything. This time next year I'll be a millionnaire.

Of course they have to provide it. No matter what disclaimers they write it doesnt affect your statutory rights. You would win every time in court.
