    Yummy - Swordfish Update





    Hopes are to slot it into PF in an early patch as the deadline for the PF launch was last month IIRC.

    Probably another month at least before its near finished - but I'd expect it before the end of the year

    The tyres apear to be octagonal on this model!!! That's gonna make for a bumpy landing!

    Tis nice that model actually....... I wonder if they'll model the sillyness of the torpedo loadout?

    lol - they are looking for cockpit details so if anyone knows of any they post in the thread at Netwings. I was hoping the swordfish was going to be at Duxford but dont think it is.

    Its on Static display at Yeovilton Air show a couple of weeks later but not flying so I wonder if it has some maintenance problems

    googled and found a recent photo. posted on netwings.

    also I've found the forces and those involved in military museum curation hugely helpful when researching aviation history. So it might just be worth them asking nicely for an hour poking around a Swordfish with a camera.

    found a website the other day with a load of cockpit photos on it.. there's a Swordfish mk II in there
