The TB wont fly upside down, the only way to get it on its back is either by crashing and flipping it over or on the top of a loop like i did, i can stuff the stick as far forwards as u like but it'll just not play....

You can turn it over using excessive amounts of rudder but it will just nose-dive once inverted, and then you end up losing the elevators at the horrific speed of 360kph

Bah. Can you "read" what mine says then?
TBH 2nd Lieutenant Luke ain't something you'd have in Soviet army. Theres:
    Младший Лейтенант - Junior Lieutenant
    Лейтенант - Lieutenant
    Старший Лейтенант - Senior Lieutenant
Feel free to use it. If anyone else needs things translated to and from russian - my rates are very reasonable

I think during the war that would depend on who's alive

As people died in battle others would step up to replace them and i am sure they didn't always have the rank that could normally be expected to fill the position.

I'll have a look to see what it should be though.

I think now you'd get Colonels and Undercolonels as the squad leaders and other pilots would probably be Majors, Captains and Senior or normal Lieutenants. In fact, lemme ask my dad, he might know.

He says for the squadron it would be either Colonel(Полковник) or Undercolonel(подполковник) in command, maybe a major(Майор), so maybe a Major or a Captain(Капитан) would be second in command.
